POLNEX

Legal / Ops

Privacy

Wallet addresses and on-chain transactions are public. The indexer stores those events to power dashboards. The site never asks for a seed phrase.

01

Public ledger

Addresses and sends are public

Join, renew, withdraw, pool, and creator events live on Polygon. Anyone with a block explorer can read wallet addresses, amounts, and timestamps. That visibility is the chain, not a POLNEX setting you can opt out of.

02

Wallet

Login never asks for a seed

The site requests eth_accounts / eth_requestAccounts from a browser wallet. Your address stays in page memory for the session. The site does not ask for a seed phrase, private key, or password. Never share those with anyone claiming to be POLNEX.

03

History

The indexer copies public events

A Node service reads contract logs and stores wallet, referrer, amounts, cycle, pool, and withdraw events so dashboards can render history. If the indexer is down, the contract still runs; the dashboard just has no copy of those logs.

04

Command layer

The UI does not invent a user file

There is no email signup, no KYC form, and no seed backup in this app. Disconnect clears the connected address from the page. Wallet software on your device is outside this repo.

05

Not in this software

What this site does not collect

This codebase does not collect name, email, phone, government ID, or seed phrases. It does not ship a marketing-pixel or cookie-consent pack. Third-party RPC, your wallet vendor, and the public chain have their own logs.

06

Not a filing

This is a protocol notice

This page describes how the current software handles data. It is not a GDPR, CCPA, or jurisdiction-specific privacy policy. Independent legal review should happen before any public launch that accepts real POL.

What is stored

Public events only

  • On-chain: wallet, referrer, join / renew amounts, ROI cycle, pool seats, withdraws.
  • Indexer: a copy of those logs for dashboard history.
  • Browser: the connected address while the wallet session is live.
  • Never: seed phrase, private key, or a password created by this site.

What we cannot do

No key recovery

  • We cannot hide a public Polygon transaction or restore a lost seed.
  • RPC providers and wallet vendors see requests you send through them.
  • Wallet rules sit in Terms. Loss of funds sits in Risk.
  • Independent legal review should happen before a public launch.
