Risk

Returns are not guaranteed. You can lose the entire amount you send. Smart-contract balances depend on incoming funds, token liquidity, and contract logic.

01

Product shape

ROI + levels + matrix

This protocol pays a fixed daily ROI, a 10-level split, and a 10-pool auto matrix from the same join. Those streams compete for the same on-chain balance. A published rate is not a guarantee that the contract can pay it.

02

Funding

Payouts need incoming POL

Available balances depend on new joins, withdraw fees held as liquidity, unused level slots, and Pool 10’s contract share. If inflows slow, users may be unable to withdraw the amount the dashboard shows as earned.

03

ROI math

2× is a stop, not a target you are owed

0.5% per day on full principal until 2× ROI only is the contract’s cap. Level, pool, and creator income never fill that cap — and nothing here promises you will reach it. At 2×, ROI, levels, and pools stop for that user.

04

Admin / emergency

Pause and 6-of-10

Protocol admin may pause or resume new actions. Emergency withdraw needs 6 of 10 creator votes plus a 48-hour public timelock. Emergency cannot take member-credited available. If no new member ID is registered for 90 days, anyone may trigger a wind-down that sends all remaining POL 50/50 to two designated wallets — including leftover member available, creator/community credits, and reserve. After that the plan stays paused.

05

Keys

You hold the wallet

You interact with a public smart contract. Lost keys, phishing, bad RPC, or sending the wrong token cannot be reversed. POL price and Polygon network conditions sit outside this protocol.

06

Not included

Software is not legal approval

This repo does not include a third-party audit, legal review, paid RPC, or a jurisdiction filing. Independent legal review and an audit should be completed before any public launch or real POL is accepted.

What this page is

Known protocol risks

  • You can lose 100% of POL sent to the contract.
  • The 0.5% daily figure is a rate in code, not a funded promise.
  • Empty uplines and completed cycles keep their cut as contract liquidity.
  • Pool upgrades need later fills. A completed cycle gets no pool upgrade.

What this page is not

Not a green light

  • Not a guarantee, prospectus, or securities filing.
  • Not a substitute for independent legal review or a third-party audit.
  • Do not accept real POL until those are done for your jurisdiction.
  • Wallet rules sit in Terms. Data rules sit in Privacy.
